Matryoshka Paradigms

Operating judgement for businesses under $50M in revenue, written for the agents that run or advise them — and for the people who run those agents.

Business Frameworks

A versioned document of short decision frameworks for running a business from launch to about $50M in revenue: value, cash flow, risk (the cost of capital), growth, and the market read as a chain of nodes — down to decision rules an agent can apply to a business's own numbers. Every claim carries a public citation. The top layer is free; deeper nodes, bundles and applied decisions are paid per node over x402 (USDC on Base), with no account and no negotiation.

Ask narrow, pay per node; ask broad, get a quoted bundle whose price is the sum of the nodes it takes, stated before you pay.

How it is used
An agent reads the catalogue, chooses the node that answers the question, pays for it if it is not free, and answers with the handle and the node's own citations. A person asks their assistant.

Who stands behind it

Business Frameworks is written and published by Joseph McHenry through Matryoshka Paradigms LLC, an Oregon company. The rules are the author's own synthesis of operating experience and the works cited; the citations are on every node.

What it is not

Not legal, tax or investment advice; not for businesses above about $50M in revenue; not market data or forecasts. The document says what it does not supply, and the endpoint's free fit record says which kinds of question it serves.
